U.S. Naval Academy Pipes and Drums
Welcome to the U.S. Naval Academy Pipes and Drums! The
Midshipmen of the band represent a wide talent from the Academy. We
welcome anyone who is interested in joining us either on one of our drums (snare, tenor or bass) or the
highland pipes. We also have an Irish Music group as an outgrowth of the band that is represented by
a collection of traditional Irish instruments.
There is no experience needed to join the band, only a love for music.
Winter Concert
Our band is currently getting ready for our Winter Concert. This year's performance promises to be uniquely unlike anything we have ever done before. We will feature some of our more traditional pieces as well as showcasing individual talent from our bagpipes, drums and dancers. Come out and help us celebrate the Holiday Season with the sounds of Scottish music!
